 Today  i will posting about diet. Many women pay attention to diet. Because they want to look like better. lf so first let's see about many diet method. Now let's check one by one according to body shape.

1. abdominal obesity : It's main causes is frequency predation, bad eating habits, lack of exercise. It is usually appear to man. Because men go to mess and drinking frequently. Here is overcome method for abdominal obesity.
  • Exercise
    According to priority, doing this 15times, 3sets. /80
  • Diet therapy
 Eating three meals a day, You had better reduce the size of your's meal.  Also if you eat out, you had better choose plain food like cheonggukjang, kalguksu and so on.

2. Obesity of lower body : It  is  appear frequently in woman.
Because woman body store fat in lower  body. And  wrong posture caused pelvic deformity, so it also cause obesity of lower body.

  • Exercise
You should stretch frequently and maintain straight posture. So you must maintain your body's balance. And doing lower-body bathing speed up metabolism. This picture go a long way towards to obesity of lower body.



  • Diet therapy
First multigrain rice suppress progress of arteriosclerosis, prevent cardiovascular disorders and promote the circulation of blood. So this is good for obesity of lower body. Second is pepper. Pepper has capcisin, so it speed up metabolism and 
make higher energy consumption quantity. Next is seaweed. This has a full fiber, so this reduce the swelling. Finally broccolli, lettuce and spinach has vitamin C. So relieve constipation.




3. Obesity of upper body : Obesity of upper body is uncommon for korean's woman. This is type that many fats stored in internal organs. Visceral obesity caused diebates, arteriosclerosis and so on. So take care of yourself.

  •  Exercise : Jogging, quick pace, aerobics, tennis are good for burning visceral fat.


  • Diet therapy : Raw vegetables and fruits are good for obesity of upper body.

 There are many diet methods.  But first of all taking balanced nutrients and steady exercising are very important!
