-About coffee! -

These days coffee is settle down in popular beverage . Now coffee franchise is over 2000. And coffee's interest picks up.
When coffee is first discovered, people eating this just raw. But this taste so stimulate, people dilutes this in water.


Since then people used to this for medicine. First coffee is just bittersweet fruit. 
By the way,  how coffee become a national consumed beverage?



Coffee have many origin. But any origin just be passed down. No one is certain. In korea first Emperor Kojong ate coffee in 1896 in Russia. And instant coffee is distributed to people by the korean war. Lately free  artificial additive, bean coffee's consumotion is increasing.
 
Coffee's representative ingredient is caffein, niacin, chlorogenic acid, kalium. Among these caffein works a variety of effect in our body. It is stimulant that put life into our body and a few diuretic effect. Also it's good for asthma. But if we much intake, causes cafenism(anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, headache and so on).
Because each people has diffrent decomposition speed. So we must know that each lethal dose and control caffein intake.

Now let me introduce about coffee type. First Espresso is made  by compress the air in a short time in a coffee machine. It has little caffeine and feel rich flavor of endemic coffee. Next is Americano. Usually americano is a coffee of american style and extract watery. Cappuccino is developed in franch. It's character is soft of milk and strong coffee flavor. Also this making method is many different each country and each area. According to preference used to cinnamon powder. Cafe latte is mixed milk. So in franch drink this in the morning. It is called differently, cafe latte in italy, cafe au lait in frach, cafe con leche in spain. Finally  Cafe mocha is whipping cream and chocolate go happily together. So very sweet. I like this^_^

I think that coffee is pleasant and indespensible! But excessive is danger..!
